October 2007 Outreach

OCTOBER 2007: FOA assembled a 40-foot container of medical equipment and supplies valued over $80,000 USD and shipped them to clinics and hospitals in Cameroon, and followed up with a medical team of doctors and nurses to Ebolowa, Cameron.

FOA partnered with The World Exchange for Health and Human Services (WEHHS) and Shiloh Missions to assemble and ship a 40-foot container of medical supplies and equipments to Yaounde, Cameroon. Along with the shipment, FOA sent a medical team from the San Francisco Bay Area to collaborate with local doctors and medical students to conduct a health fair in Ebolowa, Cameroon. The health fair involved health education, screening for diseases, eye exams, consultations and distribution of medicines to patients.
